When Hancock Lumber decided it was time to build a new retail store and lumber yard at their existing campus in Kennebunk, they asked KW Architects to design a building which was indicative of the products and values of the sixth generation, family owned saw mill business.  The building should have a New England architectural style but also fit the expansive metal building structure.  The retail store consists of 9800 square feet of sales and display products attached to the 16,000 square foot warehouse.  KW Architects PC has been proud to be a partner with Hancock Lumber working on several projects since 2015.
